Leeylaa Official Shipping Policy: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation. Estimated delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination country and carrier operations. Carriers used include Cainiao Cross-border, Hermes, DHL Paket, PostNord, and PostNL International Mail. A tracking number is provided for every order dispatched. In exceptional cases, delays may occur during international transit due to customs clearance procedures, carrier sorting facility processing, or peak-period constraints. Such delays are caused by external factors entirely outside of Leeylaa's direct operational control. All orders are dispatched promptly and in full compliance with this policy.
